Alymoff Alexandre
Biography
Alexandre Alymoff (1904-1976), son of General Alymoff, was born in Saint Petersburg. He studied at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, and became an architect. He volunteered to join the French Army during the Second World War. Naturalized French, the author’s last home was Boulogne-sur-mer, where he devoted his time to drawing and water-color painting.
